Crew request
Most projects are planned and filmed directly by Sam. Additional camera, sound, streaming or post-production specialists are added when the brief requires them. Interstate and overseas agencies or production teams can document the local Melbourne operator, crew and handoff responsibility they need. Operator count, exact kit and additional roles remain subject to an approved brief and quote.

Filming-only handoff
Codec, frame rate, colour and audio requirements should come from the appointed post-production team.
List every expected source and how it should be identified.
Supply the project, card and folder convention before media is created.
Confirm supplied media, upload destination or another approved workflow.
State proxy format and naming if it is genuinely required.
Include the required agreement and communication restrictions before booking.

Yes. The one-videographer half-day and full-day rates include basic camera, sound and lighting equipment. Any additional equipment or specialist requirements are itemised in the quote.
Yes. One videographer starts at AUD $750 + GST for 4 hours or $1,350 + GST for 8 hours, including setup and pack-down. Editing is separate. Send the date and filming responsibility to check availability.
Include a link to the shot list or call sheet under Anything else to add, along with the producer contact and recording requirements.
Provide the nominated workflow. Transfer, naming, checks and usage terms are confirmed in the scope rather than assumed.
No standalone dry equipment hire is offered. Equipment is supplied only as part of an operated production service.
