Crew request
Most projects are planned and filmed directly by Sam. Additional camera, sound, streaming or post-production specialists are added when the brief requires them. Interstate and overseas agencies or production teams can document the local Melbourne operator, crew and handoff responsibility they need. Operator count, exact kit and additional roles remain subject to an approved brief and quote.

Codec, frame rate, colour and audio requirements should come from the appointed post-production team.
List every expected source and how it should be identified.
Supply the project, card and folder convention before media is created.
Confirm supplied media, upload destination or another approved workflow.
State proxy format and naming if it is genuinely required.
Include the required agreement and communication restrictions before booking.
