This policy explains how Production Partner handles personal information. Production Partner is a website and service operated by MSN DIGITAL PTY LTD. It applies to information collected through this website and in connection with an enquiry submitted through it.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, work email, phone number and the information you provide about a proposed filming project. Project information may include the requested service, date, venue or suburb, duration, production scope, deliverables, brief link, project notes and enquiry source. The website also records consent, source-page and attribution fields submitted with the enquiry. Production Partner does not use the website form to offer standalone equipment rental.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information when you use the website. Depending on the approved production configuration, this may include landing pages, referring host, campaign parameters, Google click identifiers, browser or device information, interactions with calls to action and video engagement. Analytics events are designed to exclude names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, venue text, exact filming dates, brief URLs, notes and message text.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you submit an enquiry, follow up on an accepted enquiry or communicate about the project. Limited technical and attribution information may be collected automatically by the website, its server and the approved measurement services described below.

Why we collect and use information

We use personal information to review and respond to filming enquiries, assess availability and scope, prepare a quote, deliver or administer a requested service, maintain project and business records, protect the website, diagnose operational issues and understand which website content leads to relevant business enquiries.

Enquiry acceptance and HubSpot

A valid enquiry receives an internal lead reference after it has been stored in a private server queue. The website then attempts delivery to HubSpot, which is used as the customer relationship management service. If HubSpot delivery is temporarily unavailable, the enquiry remains in the private queue and is retried. The queued form file is removed after successful delivery. HubSpot and authorised business users may retain the resulting CRM record for as long as reasonably required to respond to the enquiry, administer the relationship, meet legal obligations and maintain business records.

Google Tag Manager and website measurement

The website installs Google Tag Manager container GTM-WJFCH2FL. Google Analytics is configured and managed inside that container. Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight and other advertising tags are not enabled at launch, and no measurement vendor is installed directly in the website code. Approved tags may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure website use and whether an enquiry followed an advertising interaction.

First and latest landing attribution may be retained in first-party browser storage and sent with an enquiry to HubSpot. Website events are designed to contain categorical interaction and campaign information, not names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, venue text, exact filming dates, brief URLs, notes or message text. The website does not currently provide a cookie banner.

You can limit cookies or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may affect measurement but is not intended to prevent access to the website or its enquiry form.

Embedded Vimeo video

A published case-study page may load an embedded Vimeo player with Vimeo's Do Not Track parameter. Vimeo may still receive technical information needed to provide the player. Playing or interacting with an embedded video is also subject to Vimeo's privacy practices.

Server logs and security

The server may process an IP address temporarily to apply abuse and rate limits. Server access logs are used for security and operational diagnostics, but the configured access-log record removes IP values, cookies, authorisation headers and query strings. Rolling access-log files are retained for no longer than 30 days. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Disclosure and overseas processing

We may disclose relevant information to authorised staff and contractors, hosting and infrastructure providers, HubSpot, Google, Vimeo and professional advisers where reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy or by law. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations in which they or their subprocessors operate.

Sale of personal information

Production Partner does not sell personal information submitted through the website. Information is disclosed only as described in this policy, where reasonably required to operate the business or where required by law.

Access, correction and privacy complaints

You may ask for access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, request deletion where applicable, or make a privacy complaint. Use the contact page and state in the notes that the request is about privacy so it can be directed appropriately. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, providers or handling practices change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
