A master interview, shorter topic edits and vertical clips may need different questions, answer structure and framing.
Define the audience, purpose and intended length before the questions are final.
Group questions by subject so answers can support useful stand-alone sections.

Location assessment
Allow space for the speaker, background, camera and lighting positions.
Check air-conditioning, traffic, lifts, adjoining rooms and workplace interruptions.
Note changing daylight, glass and reflective surfaces.
Confirm arrival, setup time, power and any site requirements.
Allow preparation, sound checks and changeover rather than only answer time.
The client remains responsible for approved messages and contributor permissions.
Interview FAQ
An office can work when the room, noise, access and background support the setup. Include photos or a location contact if available.
Base the request on the intended edit. A second angle can create flexibility but should not be an automatic upgrade.
Prepare key points and examples instead of memorising every sentence. Allow time for a conversation, a sound check and retakes so the speaker can settle into the recording.
Yes. Share the number of people, the topics and any location changes. Grouping interviews in one prepared location can reduce repeated setup; the schedule still needs time for sound checks, preparation and changeovers.
List both deliverables. Their framing, edit and handoff terms need to be confirmed before filming.
A conversational interview can start with questions and key messages. Advanced and Professional packages include a teleprompter for scripted delivery. Discuss whether that approach suits the person speaking.
